About

Brenda F. Rioles, founding attorney of Rioles Law Offices in Providence, has practiced law since 1986. She has focused on divorce and family law matters throughout her entire career. Her extensive knowledge, combined with more than 30 years of experience and her ability to think on her feet allow her to successfully advocate for her clients in a variety of situations.

Ms. Rioles is an accomplished and aggressive litigator who prepares every case as if it will go to trial, an approach that more often than not allows her to reach a full and fair resolution for her clients through negotiations.

A graduate of New England School of Law (summa cum laude), Ms. Rioles emphasizes communication with her clients, returning phone calls and emails promptly. She helps her clients assess the short-term and long-term ramifications of every decision.

Ms. Rioles has assisted her family law clients in other legal areas as well, including criminal matters, personal injury cases, and the creation of wills and trusts for estate planning purposes.

She works with clients throughout Rhode Island and is also licensed to practice in California. Ms. Rioles has lectured on family law topics for the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Edward P.
